To say Dr Griner is exceptional doesn’t do justice. He’s good at what he does, he listens to patient and mothers of patients. He makes you feel important and not about how much money he can make. The feelings you have and walk away with after leaving his office are unlike any other and I had office consults with every single Dr. (seriously) Most of all he is compassionate. I am so happy I met him. I drive 1 1/2 hours one way to see him and I’d do more if needed. Make your call. You won’t be disappointed
Dr Griner did my daughters plastic surgery on her right ring finger after a tragic accident we had with her. He is so thoughtful and caring when it comes to what he does. He helped ease my husbands and mines anxiety as will as my daughters. He does amazing work her finger looks so good. My daughter doesn’t even notice that it’s a little different from her others. We are going to use Dr Griner for any other plastic surgery things we might need. We are also suggesting him to people we know looking into things.
I am so pleased with the work Dr Griner has done. I'm even more pleased with his confidence and ability to put me at ease when it seemed everything was going wrong. I have enjoyed watching him work; he's an artist and can definitely see things I can't. He has put together an incredible staff as well who excuses his same optimism and care. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for any kind of plastic surgery.
Dr. Griner is the best!!!! So grateful for what he has done for my baby boy. He and Dr. Schramm did a jaw distraction and now my baby can breathe so much easier and sleeps through the night. BLESS THEM!!!!

Our experiences with Dr. Griner have been exceptional. Our son was born with a cleft lip and palate and Dr. Griner has treated us like family as we've navigated through each appointment and surgery together. His passion for assisting children with craniofacial abnormalities shines through in both his office decor and how he interacts with his patients. He is professional, kind, and always gives us the time we need. We highly recommend him. to all!
