We recently purchased a home with Grindstone Realty and couldn’t recommend Owen enough. From start to finish, Owen was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire home-buying process. He made sure we had all the information we needed and more to feel confident in our decisions, and ultimately helped us get a fantastic deal on our new home. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy real estate agent in the Ottawa area, I would highly recommend Owen and the team at Grindstone Realty. We ... read more
Morgan and the entire Grindstone team are beyond professional! Being first time home buyers Morgan made sure we felt no pressure and answered all our questions without hesitation, no matter how dumb. We would absolutely recommend Morgan and Grindstone to anyone seeking professional representation.
Even though we were living in the US we connected with Morgan Rogers and Grindstone by a local's recommendation . With their help we purchased a home without having to travel up to Ottawa as they were super-special in getting details, photos and comps to us. They unraveled the differences in US/Canadian brokerage, held our hand through the inevitable hiccup and went above and beyond for us. Grindstone and Morgan Rogers are hard working, knowledgeable and good to work with. They're the best.

Morgan made what can be a stressful experience feel exciting and manageable. She was always quick to respond, honest in her advice, and incredibly dedicated to helping us find the perfect home. We never felt pre... read more

I asked him to look at rural properties mostly and we looked at many! Long drives ( some more than a hour ) to different parts of the city, East and West. He always accommodated my search. His calm demeanour and professionalism is admirable. Always honest and respectful and I appreciated his feedback 100%. All my concerns were addressed and he re... read more
