Dishonest Service: They accidentally (maybe/ maybe not) charged me twice. He said that the first payment didn't go through, So I paid again. Right there I checked my account and both the payments went through. I showed it to him and he said he can't refund it yet as both are "pending". He advised me to ask the bank to stop one of the payments or he will just give me the next haircut for free.
