This review is for the SERVICE DEPARTMENT (I had no issues with the initial purchase of my car). I brought my car in for a Kia recall due to a possible fire hazard, the service was SCHEDULED on 4/28/2021, to bring the car in for the service on 5/5/2021. Upon calling, I advised I would like to have the recall taken care of along with getting a oil change, I spoke with a lady who advised that would be great, and giving a week notice will give them plenty of time to get the needed parts in for the recall.
