I want to start by saying the staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming—it’s a great environment to walk into. However, the negotiation process was where things fell short for me. I was looking at a flat black model, which generally has a lower market value than metallic finishes, yet the dealership remained very firm on a premium price. I purchased my 2022 Kia Telluride new. I had been taking it to Kia of Bristol for regular maintenance since I've owned it until the last 6-8 months I decided to take it to JC Kia for service just due to it being closer to my home. Shortly after my last oil change at JC KIA I noticed some oil drops in my garage. I took it today to find out the problem and they said the oil housing filter was cracked. Went elsewhere could not get the deal we needed, our salesman Tim was awesome and introduced us to Stephen, test drove the car we were interested in and then got us the price we wanted that another Dealer couldn’t do. Finance was awesome. It was the quickest car buying experience I have had in my 44 years of buying a car. Not to mention the facility was clean and modernized as well.
