Didn't even get a chance to eat today. Grinders has been a favorite of mine for years. But today their hostess put my wife into tears and I don't give a shit how good the food is, will never eat there again.
I placed an order through GrubHub to get my favorite veggie sandwich. Unfortunately GrubHub’s system crashes and I had no idea for over an hour. The manager at Grinders called me and informed me of everything that happened. When I drove to pick up the order myself, he came and greeted me at the door! They offered to re-make my meal and even a free drink!! I love Grinders for so many reasons (looking at you funky dough) but this is just the icing on the cake!! Forever one of my favorite KC spots!�
