I had 30 days left in Virginia before I had to move to a different state and during that time I needed to continue my weight loss journey. They were very accommodating with my schedule and payments. The environment was supper friendly, the workout plans were challenging and fun. I lost a total of 8lbs with the workout and nutrition plan provided for me. I wish I didn’t have to leave.

I had an amazing second-hand experience. The staff are all welcoming and friendly. I have never seen my nephew so eager to workout until he joined grind time. I will be joining soon. Thank you again grind time!

My new gym! I love the family vibe. It reminds me of my very first gym. Everyone is very motivational and the trainers are top notch! If you want to see the results this is your place!

This place is a great resource for young athletes trying to get to another level! All of the trainers we worked with from Creel, CJ, X and Daiysa were professional and amazing! No doubt we will be back!
