Awsome coaches and trainer's!
Great and inspiring fitness facility. Everyone treats each other like family. Trainers and mentors at grind time are beyond talented and motivating. I love how dedicated they are towards the youth kids. My son will continue to keep coming here and get trained. Thank you grind time!
