Great all around facility with every piece of weight lifting, elliptical and recovery equipment you could ask for. The staff is nice and accommodating. Plenty of squat racks, benches and lifting platforms. Outdoor workout area is nice as well, and the recovery room with the IR Saunas and ice baths is perfect.
This is by far the best gym i’ve gone to. They have all the equipment you would need regardless of what you are training for. It’s reasonably priced and you can go whenever you want. Only gym I’ve found with a sauna and cold tub for recovery and indoor/outdoor space for workouts. Everyone there is super friendly and it’s a great environment. Highly recommend!
My husband loved this gym! Great atmosphere, great people, great prices. He would still be going if we didn’t move out of state! Definitely recommend.
Tons of space and options
Such a great atmosphere and no contracts! So convenient and the way it should be.
