Jay is a great barber, he truly understands biracial hair and the different ways to cut the different curl patterns. He is great with my 3 sons and always friendly and willing to work with adjusting time slots to get all of them cut.
I set an appointment yesterday, it got confirmed and then canceled without any notice, email or text as to why it was canceled. I read the page in case I missed any instructions and unless I'm missing something, it appears as though they just canceled for no reason. Seems like too much of a hassle to get a haircut, and makes for a poor customer experience. I'd recommend somewhere else
Very friendly did a great job on the haircut the beard trim was excellent
