Ordered some tooling plates did not receive them after 2 weeks of ordering . They never let me know what was going on with order I had to call them they said they where on back order another 2 weeks out .I told them I could not wait they said they should refund money 7-8 later still no refund fyi beware
im a decorative concrete installer in the NC area. and for years ive delt with other companies, but no one has met my standards like these guys. with there great customer service and products! and lets say the best of all is i havent found anyone to beat there prices. dont be lost like i was and wasting time and money on things that dont show you the best in return.
