I am still holding reservations on them. We have been back and forth for five years. Their lack of communication is A BIG problem ie: Hot water goes off yesterday early afternoon. We advise them. They send a plumber quickly. He established it's an electrical problem tied to the downstairs apt and leaves, there's nothing he can do I ask for status this morning and they are working on it. Moving from state to state is never easy however grinberg made my transitions easy and welcoming becoming one of my first families here lol. No they are really good people, nothing perfect but they are a blessing,
