Grinberg is one of the best landlords and has a great management team. They are never rude always showed professional. I've been living in one of his units from 2016 and has never had a problem with him. He also gave me 2 dinner vouchers to eat at a establishment for my birthday. That blew me away. WHAT LANDLORD DO THAT FOR ANY OF THEIR TENANTS. He personally called to say happy birthday. I've never met him face to face. I love my landlord. Grinberg if you ever come across this. I really appreciate the services they provide for me as a tenant the staff is amazing 🤩 also I love the fact that they gave me a $100 check on my birthday to eat at a beautiful restaurant!
Someone must be paying the tenants to write good reviews because this management is the pits. I've only lived here for 2 months and my hot water stopped working 5 times they finally fixed the hot water and my water pressure is so low I can barely wash dishes or take a shower The stove is unleveled can fry chicken in fear of being scalded by a hot pan I'm livid
This business is very professional
I am still holding reservations on them. We have been back and forth for five years. Their lack of communication is A BIG problem ie: Hot water goes off yesterday early afternoon. We advise them. They send a plumber quickly. He established it's an electrical problem tied to the downstairs apt and leaves, there's nothing he can do I ask for status this morning and they are working on it.
