I sent a sympathy arrangement after reading reviews and looking at the website photos with a $120 budget ($155 with delivery and tax). It was very disappointing in size and design. I spoke with the shop owner about the mismatch between the attractive full photos on the website and the delivered one, and his comment was “the photos can be misleading”.. I’ll say! Always kind, always beautiful. Grimsleys is the best around. My husband sends flowers frequently and I am always wowed by the arrangements and selections.
I live out of state and could not attend a very dear friends funeral. Jen told me what they had available and patiently answered all of my questions. Thank you so much Jen!
