Well i am one of those people who rented from Cynthia and i was not evicted. Cynthia is the worst property manager I have ever had. She's very rude, and neglectful. Rented a home from her where the ceiling caved in due to water damage which I told her about when i moved in. I ended up taking Cynthia to court for neglect. Trust me she is not worth the headache she does not care about the tenant. Just like the judge agreed with me when I sued her and won which gave me my deposit back plus rent. Unfortunately when you evict people they get to write bad reviews about you with no proof - I get lots of my business from referrals - so I guess you will have to make your own judgement - as the judge did with most of the people who have written negative reviews about me.
