I had an excellent experience with Grimsby Kia from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, Joe and the entire team treated us like VIPs, even though this was a used vehicle purchase. Joe, our salesperson, was outstanding. He was incredibly communicative, accommodating, and went above and beyond by staying late on two separate occasions just to meet with us. Was terrible they just wanted a sale. I said I wanted a truck and kept trying to push an SUV and they saying they need written consent to pull you credit but do it anyways after you tell them your taking your business elsewhere. Just don't seem like good people to be dealing with at all

I wish I could give them less than one star, But that is the lowest you can give them. They sold me a lemon for more than the car was worth, but I didn't know that at the time. Then theystold me some anti-rust system , which apparently cost thousands of dollars, which I didn't need. The car has cost me over $12,000 in repairs in the last two years!!!! They don't do anything about it, And they don't care who they screw over....Just getting a sale!
