Grimsby Kia Service Department - not happy at all. I have been going to Kia Grimsby Service for at least 3 to 4 years for all the needs for my 2021 Kia Seltos. Up until the last visit, I WAS very pleased with the service. I always dealt with Rudy when I booked my appointments and questions regarding my car. The last visit to Kia, it was suggested I do a Service Package 3 which I agreed to do. I got a call from Rudy after a few hours and he advised I would need rear brakes.
