Be aware of false advertising at this dealership!!! I took my niece there to buy her first car. 2018 Hyundai Elantra. It was advertised to have pushbutton start, remote start and a sunroof. Jamal was very nice to work with. We drove all the way out there from Dundas and when we got in the car for our test drive there was none of those 3 features advertised. Be careful, they will sell you a lemon. This is the second time my car has randomly stoped on me within 3 months. The first time I brought my car in they couldn’t find a problem with it, and had no answers for me. On top of that they don’t offer loner cars. Now again, my car stoped and I have to wait 2 weeks, no car, no loner, I have two small children that need to get to and picked up from school. I would give less stars if it let me. Bought a vehicle last year and immediately had a bad experience once driving the vehicle off the lot. Realized that the seat warmer didnt work, and Jamal acted like he couldnt hear me or my mother. Within a year, ive gotten a check engine light, conveniently for the clutch, that I specifically asked to get checked, and was told that it was perfect and there was no issue with the clutch, flywheel or pilot bearing.
