Bad customer service. Service department is a complete rip off
I had a very disappointing experience at Niagara Chrysler with a salesman named Joe, who now works at Grimsby Chrysler. I purchased a van through my corporation, and almost immediately began having multiple issues with the vehicle. When I contacted Joe for support, he completely disappeared and offered no assistance whatsoever. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was warmly greeted by a young salesperson who offered me refreshments, a thoughtful gesture that made for a great first impression. I looked at a car a few weeks ago and decided not to pursue it. The sales person followed up and ended up making the numbers work for me and collected a $2000 deposit. There was a condition that I needed it inspected at BMW (it was a used BMW sedan that I was about to purchase) at my own expense. They agreed and I thought everything was ok.
