If there was such a thing as zero stars that is the honest rating I would give. The dispatcher gave us one price. When driver showed up suddenly the price was almost double the original price stated. The tow truck driver had a truck following with a female driver! I asked if she could put her cigarette out bc I have asthma. I was told it was her truck and she wasn’t going to put it out. I can't say enough about this company. I was turned down by about 10 tow companies (or charged close to $600) because my car died in a parking garage. Apparently you cant tow out of such?? I called my mechanic and he said, "Let's get the big guns out!" and had me call Grimm's. They were so kind and so professional and said they could come right away! Chad instantly relieved my stress and Mike the driver pulled my car out like a BOSS in 3 minutes! The fee was only a few dollars more than a regular tow. Mike texted me as soon ... read more
