Live there 5 yrs, it was in infested with roaches, rats, and killer mold. Squatters live in vacant apartments for free, There is no management. Owner lives in California, and there isn’t a damn thing will be done about any of your problems. New management is a joke, whoever get in the office will temporarily get rich off the rent monies and leave , only for the next Robber to rob you blind. There where times that we did not have hot water for months. No bug man came. Out and sprayed. And they will fix it to where you. Can't find a place to live. It's not worth the time or money to live in this dump place. I hope they close this place down soon
I'm without heat for a month never had hot water in kitchen can't use light in two rooms. Bathroom floor cracked. I can go on very unprofessional
I lived here do not trust this place it comes with buds plus employees stoled my sister's rent money the rent's too high for all this horrible stuff toilet and bathtub brakes often maintenance people never really come to fix
DO NOT STAY HERE ITS BAD they don’t fix anything people are rude and they ignore any complaints Horrible place to stay
