Grimm Physical Therapy - Certified McKenzie Clinic specializes in the McKenzie Method which encourages active patient participation and education for back, neck and extremity issues. Most low back, neck and extremity pain can be rapidly reduced and abolished using self-generated movement. I will encourage you and teach you how to treat your own pain and will also teach you how to prevent it from returning in the future. You will receive one on one care from a Diplomat in the McKenzie Method of MDT on each and every visit.

I would highly recommend Grimm Physical Therapy. Last week my back went out and i could barely walk. My wife suggested i go to Lynn since she helped my wife out with her shoulder. When I walked into Lynn's office I was hunched over barely able to walk. When I left her office I was standing straight with most of the pain gone! I saw her the next day, even better. I will definitely be going back, thank you so much Lynn!

Lynn has changed how I feel about physical therapy by using the McKenzie method. It has changed how I deal with pain and now I can help myself through the exercises she has taught me.
Thorough and helpful! I was encouraged by my doctor to have surgery on my foot. I came to Lynn for pain relief and to hopefully avoid surgery. Still working on the pain, but no surgery and she's making a treatment plan to help me to heal my heel � so glad I made an appointment!
I cannot recommend Lynn highly enough! I had debilitating back pain for almost 2 years. It had progressed to the point that I could no longer sleep more than 2 hours a night & life was becoming miserable. Had sharp lower kneecap pain during exercise and when locking my knee. Lynn spent a great deal of time examining and pinpointed the cause. She setup a plan of aggressive stretching exercises that have me back training for the upcoming 2017 obstacle course season. Thanks a bunch
