This may be one of the worst customer service places in the capital district. I would not ever conduct business with a customer the way PAT GRIMM has chosen to do so. We ordered over 50k in materials and asked him to take pins back that are not needed for the job . Cost 100 dollars and his answer was no . It just baffles me how people are so inconsiderate of what customers deserve and service. Thx Pat for nothing .
