We have worked with Rick for over 20 years and have recommended him to many. He has done countless things at our house from fix our well, replace a leaking sink vanity, repair showers, address water heater issues, you name it. He is timely, well priced, very considerate, and the nicest guy you could ever meet. His wife, who manages the office and calls is also fantastic and very understanding.
Rick installed a new water heater for me. He was punctual and very knowledgeable. A couple weeks later my heater stopped working. Rick again came out right away and took care of the problem without any issues. Very reliable and all around great guy. I definitely recommend using Grimley, plumbing and heating for any issues you may have
The ladie that answered was super rude when I called then after asking why she was talking to me so rude is cause I didn't understand she was just answering service the more question I ask the more rude she was the she said she was gonna put there boss on the phone which I thought was the lady that owned the place turns out is was not good luck hopefully if your reading this u make passed the answering service it always awesome when u call a place for questions and help your talk to like your stupid customer service was sup... read more
