Mr. Grimes is Great. He knows his stuff and under-promised and over-delivered. My mower had been sitting in storage for 3-4 years and would no longer start. With Mr. Grimes turn-up service he had it running like new. Saved me from having to buy a new mower. He topped it all off with excellent customer service.

I took my lawnmower in to be repaired. It was a really old lawnmower so I found it to be cheaper to purchase a mower from Mr Grimes. When I went to cut my grass the following day, the lawn mower kept stopping. I called Mr Grimes and explained the situation. Within 2-3 hours, Mr Grimes brought me a new mower with no extra cost. I cut my grass this morning with the new mower and it worked perfectly. It usually takes me 2 hours to do the yard because the lawn mower kept stopping but today it took less than 1 hour.
