They arrived and pumped out the septic tank as scheduled. The men were a little moody and did not fill the hole back in, that Todd Brothers Plumbing had dug to uncover the tank for them. However Todd Brothers came back out and took care of it. So basically Grimes provided minimal service, thus 3 stars. I gave Todd Brothers Plumbing 5 stars.
Called grimes about a leakage we were having outside at our new home. He called right away, and scheduled a time to come out the beginning of the week. They guys work quickly, and efficiently on pumping our tanks, and cleaning the filter. Thank you!
Very professional, quick to answer and come to do the job. Great group of people!.
