Very professional and helpful. Everyone very friendly. Everything very clean and a very safe place to live. Walking trails and very nice, big yard
Was an alright place to live. On the cheaper side of places for rent. But relatively nice with a lot of room. The property manager was a decent guy. His son is an awesome person who i enjoyed conversing with whenever they would come by the clean the air filters and do check ups. The moving out part was not so good. But thats all circumstantial and person to person based. So im not going to hold my experience against the actual review. The property manager is extremely rude & treats so many people here poorly. There is no office, no chain of management, no structure you have to deal with the property manager who is money hungry and doesn’t care about a single resident that lives here. They claim to be “luxury” but there’s nothing luxury about bugs in the hallways and rats in the neighbors apartments. Stay FAR away!
My apartment was nice and clean and my fellow neighbors were kind and friendly. The property manager was very organized and responded well. I enjoyed living there for the time I did.
Beware contractors. I had to place a lien on this property to get my final monies due. Chris always had a reason why he couldn't pay his bills.
