The property manager is extremely rude & treats so many people here poorly. There is no office, no chain of management, no structure you have to deal with the property manager who is money hungry and doesn’t care about a single resident that lives here. They claim to be “luxury” but there’s nothing luxury about bugs in the hallways and rats in the neighbors apartments. Stay FAR away!
My apartment was nice and clean and my fellow neighbors were kind and friendly. The property manager was very organized and responded well. I enjoyed living there for the time I did.
Beware contractors. I had to place a lien on this property to get my final monies due. Chris always had a reason why he couldn't pay his bills.
It's definitely not luxury as the sign says. There's always some kind of drama going on and police being called. There's bats in the ceilings, ants constantly everywhere and no matter how many times we tell the landlord, it either doesn't happen or takes forever. We're definitely moving ASAP. Not worth 750 a month for a one bedroom with all of these issues. I used to think it was a good deal. Now I realize it was a trap.
