Jared did a great job selling a house for us. We haven't bought or sold a house in 30 years so we weren't knowledgeable about today's processes. He walked us through everything seamlessly and quickly. He was always quick to respond when we had questions and he kept us informed on all showings and feedback. Jared took us on after we had attempted a for sale by owner for months. We listed then ended up pulling the listing for the winter then relisting in March. Jared sent out a fantastic photographer who really captured the beauty of our home. We had an offer by the first part of May. Throughout Jared was available and supportive. He really went above and beyond all while only charging a 1.5% fee. 10/10 recommend and will to anyone looking to sell!
