Extremely unprofessional. Yelled at my dog.
We had major problems with red wasps. They were nesting under the roof shingles and would aggressively attack. They were also around our back porch, making enjoying an evening on it unpleasant. I called Grimes Pest Control and Mike Jones came out on the scheduled date and time. He treated all areas and we have not even seen a wasp now in a week. Totally satisfied with their service and professionalism,
