Update - July 2025: Grimes Heating & Air continues to provide the best service. I would not consider calling anyone else. Older review: “It's always a pleasure to have Doug come to do my HVAC maintenance. I know it will be done right!"
The response to our heating and air problem was very quick. Your technician was friendly and explain the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. Our part had to be ordered , the quote, order time and final cost was dead on.
Everyone we worked with at Grimes did an excellent job. We were very impressed with the quality of the installation, and they did everything when they said they would.
Grimes fixed our dragged out issue (1 year) of a failing damper / motor / flap to our split HVAC system that provides air upstairs and downstairs. We had another company come out three times and never fixed the issue. We are able to use our warranty company that sent "their" service provider. After a couple failed attempts, we got authorization to seek our own local service provider and contacted Grimes to provide an estimate which was priced with current industry standards.
