Hired Grime Stoppers for move-out cleaning. Crew mopped my engineered hardwood with bleach water “to disinfect.” Now there are white streaks and finish is stripped across the kitchen. $3,200 to re-sand and refinish. When I sent photos, they said “we clean, we don’t do floors” and blamed me. If you don’t know surfaces, don’t touch them.

Booked Grime Stoppers for a deep clean before listing my house. They no-showed the first date with no call. Rescheduled, then cancelled 20 min before start time saying “truck broke down.” I had to take 2 days off work for nothing. No apology, no refund of the booking fee. Unreliable and unprofessional.

I scheduled an appointment with Jarod Buchanan, a week ahead of time. I had just finished remodeling the house. The scheduled appointment was between 12:00-2:00. At 4:30, I called him and asked what happened, he said the guys were at the house, just finishing up. He would call me in 5 minutes with an update. I never heard from him.
