I have been working with this company for a long time and had a machine that needed repair. They told me they could fix it but insisted I replace the head even though the part wasn’t actually broken. I trusted their advice and replaced it, spending around $3,000 for the repair. Unfortunately, the head failed again just a few months later. Our company ordered several thousand dollars worth of supplies from Grimco. With one of the items being sold out after our purchase and with no delivery date to be had, Nick from the Tampa Office stepped up and worked his magic and was able to locate the item needed. His dedication to Grimco and the customers is bar none the best I have seen from any representative in a long time.
