Confused by the reviews here as I visit for my 3rd time. Every greeter, server, and manager I’ve interacted with makes this feel like a family-owned small business versus a chain. Had Sam wait on us this evening under the watch of Taylor and they are both the definition of excellence. Extremely impressed and looking forward to coming back!
CARSON AND THE NIGHT MANAGER ARE AWESOME!!! It was a first date and I was extremely nervous! I raved about the cheese cake she mentioned she liked and they took care of us.... Honestly she might be the one and it's so cool to remember our first date as such a success due to the jokes the laughs and the attention to detail. She was celebrating a promotion and Carson remembered, brought it up so smoothly, and she started blushing. I got major points for that and I will definitely be extending invitations to our wedding hahaha!... read more
We love Grimaldi’s but maybe stop offering delivery through your website. It’s slower than doing DoorDash on your own. They use a third party that come way after your delivery estimate window. It takes 2 hours on a random, dull day when we’re 10min away It’s not busy and we’re not that far away. The drivers do not use the tollway so it’s extra long and the food is ALWAYS COLD!
