Pasty Grimaldi is a purist when it comes to pizza. Patsy Learned the trade from his uncle, Patsy Lancieri, who trained with the man credited with opening the first pizzeria in America in 1905. Lancieri opened Patsy's Pizzeria in East Harlem in 1931, where Grimaldi started learning the art of coal brick oven pizza at the tender age of 10. Wonderful place! My husband and I are fans for life of both the Brooklyn and Garden City locations! Great pizza, great salads and entrees, and amazing desserts.
Grimaldi's is a must go spot! Everyone is nice and they really take the time to make you feel like you're a regular, even if it's your first time there. Since coming there a few years ago they're the only place we order pizza from!
Grimaldi's is a great place to dine. The pizza is affordable, and one bite will make you want to eat the whole thing! I come here for lunch often and the service is great.
We come here every weekend despite it being a little out of our way. The food is that good! Their pizza, their entrees... You're bound to find something to your liking here.
I grew up with Grimaldi's in Brooklyn, but since coming out to Long Island have come to love the one just down the road! There are so many toppings to add to that perfectly fired crust and great specials throughout the week. Grimaldi's is the real deal and is always consistently delicious!
Since moving here from out of state Grimaldi's has become our favorite place! Their pies are absolutely delicious! You can't beat the thin crust pizza, and their other menu items are great, especially the eggplant neopolitan.

grimaldis a let down to me – i had always heard about how great grimaldis pizza in brooklyn is so i figured we'd try the local one in long island. we were a party of three and were all disappointed by the pizza. it was average at best. i even asked the waiter if its the same exact as in brooklyn and UNfortunatley he said the exact same. the apps were fine and satisfying but the main attraction was a big letdown. cant really suggest it or rush back.
AMAZING PIZZA – THANK YOU! I was having a pizza craving last night so we went to grimaldi's and ordered the pesto pizza, it was awesome, actually every pizza that passed by us looked good!
