First time to patronize this restaurant. Placed an online order at 9:00 am for 4:00 pm pickup. Got there promptly at 4:00 for pick up. Hostess stated it would be about 10 to 15 minutes. After several more inquires, the pizza was finally ready at 4:45 pm. This pizza itself was burnt and tasted like cardboard. The website expects between 15% to 50% tip in advance. First time back to Grimaldis in a while. We are from New York and were taking our in-laws who had been craving their pizza. We are typically very satisfied with the food,service cost, at Grimaldis, but during this trip, we felt Grimaldi‘s had lost its edge a bit. The restaurant staff are very rude. I waited 30 minutes for a pizza to be delivered. I will never come here.
