New location on Edgewood was easy to find, but it's been 7months and I still haven't received my grill. I keep getting the runaround with customer service. They can't even tell me how far along it is in the process. Of course they don't do refunds.

Great customer service while ordering grillz in store. However it’s been 1 month since I’ve ordered my grill. Multiple emails and calls have been made with no response as to when my order will be ready or when my order will be shipped.

My experience with Grillz by Scotty has been extremely disappointing. After placing my order in May 2024 and spending over $1,000, I have reached out multiple times without receiving any follow-up or satisfactory communication from the company. It is now a year later and I still do not have a grill or a refund. Initially, I was told my order would be completed within 30 days, then it was pushed to be ready by Thanksgiving.
