They deserve 0 stars which is not available or a sad face for review. After receiving the mouth guard from Dr. Grillon; the mouth guard needed to be adjusted, not only Dr. Grillon refused to adjust, but he also recommended that I do another sleep study. The sleep study doctor at the initial visit found out that there was a problem with the mouth-guard. So I went to see my original dentist for a second opinion; who told me that there's a problem with the mouth guard and must be sent back to the Lab for adjustments and repai... read more
Dr George Grillon has zero people skills, he is rude, angry and frankly, it is scary being in his chair. He does not engage w/ patients, he screamed at me b/c he "thought" I had my phone out (I didn't). The worst dental experience I have ever endured. I was scared. I was humiliated. The staff was nice and kind, to me. I urge possible patients to read the many complaints about him - this a real warning.
