I have been a patient at Grilli Family Dental Care since around 2006 when Dr. Grilli, senior, was able to schedule time over a weekend for me to come in for a dental emergency. Since that time, I have been going back for all of my regularly scheduled visits and some of the little "surprise" extra ones. The doctors are top notch and very knowledgeable and friendly. All of that is great until one runs into the office staff. Darlene is often rude and unsympathetic to the needs of the patients. She more concerned and collecting money than the overall health of the clients. Just today she hung up on me when I inquired about my dental paperwork. Definitely a black eye on an otherwise great practice!
Dr. Grilli, Jr., is truly excellent in his field. He is also very kind to and respectful of patients, always carefully explaining procedures beforehand. Very gentle, he also is conservative with procedures, doing what is necessary to keep teeth healthy but not recommending unneeded, more radical work. Very lucky to have a dentist of this caliber available to us in this area. The entire, high quality staff also reflects his kindness and respect to patients.
Mr Grillis such a nice guy he treats me better then the rest and I'm used to having to wait to eat but he says I can right away! I'm sure if you went you wouldnt get as good treatment but still will get respect!
