Service was horribly slow. One waitress for the entire restaurant on a Friday night and she was also the bartender. She also said there was only one chef/cook. Got there at 7p and didn't get our appetizer until 830p. Also, the food was good but extremely overpriced.
Sherry and Carla are awesome and will take great care of you. Saw them take care of several guests after the posted closing hours to make sure everyone was satisfied. We visit lots of hotels for hockey and they are by far the best barstaff we have run into in years If you come into the Doubletree Sherry and Carla will take care of you. Highly recommended.
We stayed at the Doubletree and this was within the hotel. As a guest I was hoping for a fair deal for breakfast. There were no prices posted anywhere in the hotel till morning. On Google search it listed a $16 buffet and other options like pancakes etc… we planned on a nice breakfast to start our day and came to a sign that said $25 breakfast buffet per person. We were stuck for time with no other option as this was our plan after searching online night before. That was the only option, not even a menu of individual dishes.... read more
