Grill Tanks Plus performed a professional cleaning on our outdoor grill. Every aspect of my experience, from dealing with the main office to our experience with the cleaners, exceeded expectations. Everyone was extremely responsive, friendly, timely and they went out of the way to provide the best service possible. They came out to service my Barbeque they did a deep clean. the workmen were polite and professional. They did an excellent job on my Barbeque, it's like brand new. I highly recommend them.
This is the second time in as many years that Grill Tanks Plus has cleaned my grill. Taking the time to disassemble what is really necessary to thoroughly clean everything sets them apart. It's on my yearly to do list, especially with a company that does it as I would. UPDATE: Napoleon found the needed valve and the talented folks at Grill Tanks Plus have completed the cleaning and assembly of my 9 year old grill. Kudos to all.
Initial phone contact was quick and efficient. Appointment made, workmen showed up on time and gave notices of their eta. Nice to be around, they completed the cleaning and serviced my grill and I feel safe using it after they fixed two leaks. Recommended!
