My propane tank on my grill was empty and it was hard to remove the valve seemed like you needed a large wrench to remove it. They sent Josh and Cody to my house in Boca Raton and within a couple of minutes they had removed the old propane tank and had put the new one on. They were both very friendly and very professional. ripoff. we have a 3 year old weber genesis. needed tuneup. these guys guaranteed they would come out and "would not leave until it was running tip top." never said there was a minimum service call charge. their guy took one look at it and said there was nothing he could do and he charged us $90 for that! for doing nothing. come on man its a 3 year old weber genesis! when we objected they offered a $50 credit on a new $1000 grill from them. really? you are telling me you can't tune up my 3 year old genesis for less than your ... read more
Grill Tanks Plus is a responsible, well trained company with employees who try everything possible to satisfy a customer. I was extremely pleased with their professionalism. Paul answered my question, made an honest quote, and sent the crew who arrived on time. Nick did the actual work and was excellent. I will highly recommend this company to all my friends and family.

This guy who works here is a raging psychopath. I got this message all within 30 seconds or so. I would not allow this person anywhere near women or children.
I called Grill Tanks Plus and they were able to come out within a few days. They arrived on time, took the grill apart, cleaned every inch and then put it back together. Grill looks brand new! Definitely will use them again!
One always takes a chance when ordering a service online, but I must say this was the best experience I ever had doing this. These people lived up to everything said about them...On time, professional, courteous, and did the best grill cleaning job I have ever seen...They "cleaned-up" after themselves meticulously. Don't hesitate to use them!
