I ordered a replacement part for a Weber Genesis Silver C grill which I have done numerous times over the years and have never had an issue. The part was not even close to fitting and the representative told me that it was an aftermarket product and that they would refund my money if I mailed the part back to them, but that I must pay for the shipping. Stay away from this one. Overpriced for one thing. Cheaper to go to the store or direct to the Weber web site. Grillstuff did not include directions with my order despite their promise on the phone, and the statement on the web site, they would do so. Plus they got part of the order wrong and would not make good until I spent the time and money to send the part back -- so I just wrote it off and ordered another directly from Weber, which I should have done in the first place. On a scale of 1-10, 1 would be generous.

I ordered from them 14 days ago and immediately received confirmation of payment, but have not yet received shipment. The order page has no information about whether or not they have shipped the products. Both the 866 and local number are on continuous busy signal making me wonder if they have paid their phone bills or are even still in business. There is no response from the emails Ive sent. I would not order from this company again - and dont advise anyone else to order from them either.
Ordered from them on 5/31/08, same experience as everyone else. I have only recieved an order confirmation, all phone numbers are always busy, absolutely no customer service, and dont reply to repeated e-mail. I think I got hosed on this puchase and will try to recoup my loss. I would never do business with this company again.
