Second bad experience with this hotel. l like Char but thats it✅
Triple check your bill before you leave. Even if it’s the hotels mistake, they will just decide to charge your card on file 3 months later without any notice to the card holder. Other than that, the hotel was fine, but service like that ruins a nice property. Not exactly the Hilton Service standard that I’m used to as a Diamond Member.
Second stay here..friendly staff..spacious rooms..6th floor smells great!! breakfast good also...had the buffet..everything fresh and fruit was sweet...no complaints.. — with Alfred Pdubu.
Love this place. Great restaurant.
