Warm Friendly atmosphere. Old school with modern day cuisine. Everything was excellent beginning to end. Friendly staff and Chef Max was a delight! Shrimp Fettuccine was outstanding! A must try when you go. The Seafood Risotto was plentiful and delish! I had the special soft shell crab 🦀 over linguine Francese was a hit! One of his summer Specials. Pasta made al dente to perfection. Definitely recommend all the dishes!

Hosted wedding rehearsal diner at Max's last Sunday. The food was delicious and reason enough for repeat visits however, the customer service and staff make it an undeniable winner. Kerry was my contact person , could not have been more accommodating. I could easily reach her and she responded quickly to my texts and made everything perfect! She truly went above and beyond. The best of the best! Love that it's a BYOB as well. Cozy atmosphere, very well decorated and has the family feel that your welcomed with open arms! I can eat here every night of the week, this is my first go to place when eating out! Never had a dish that has disappointed me nor have I ever left feeling dissatisfied! The portions are worthy of the prices hands down!

The owner and his wife are friends of mine. He was involved in his family's restsurant since young age and decided to strike out on his own. Max did NOT strike out with this place.
