Online they say they open at 11 I drove 20 minutes got there at 1130 doors were locked waited 15 minutes still no one was there tried to call no answer left at 11:47 very disappointing

My family and I were headed to Chipotle but I saw Gril Craft BBQ and asked if they wanted to try it, they agreed to try something new.... we are SO GLAD WE DID!!!! The food is fresh and flavorful! The brisket..... is so tender and juicy. My hubs had a chicken bowl and he said it was really good which is a huge compliment coming from him... The restaurant is clean and I want to shout out the young man who prepared our meals with such care. That means a lot today. He was friendly and respectful. I’m always disappointed with Ohio bbq joints. The fire chicken has no flavor and is as bland as the brisket which is so overdone it was getting stuck in my teeth, I could even tell it was brisket. The sausage was very good the only thing that made up for everything else also the only thing you can’t really screw up. The cornbread though was super moist and a lil sweet/salty/savory like some kind of dessert probably up there with grandmas the first time you had some.
