Was helping my mother find a rental and because her disabled children (mentally) who are adults did not apply, they denied her. Even with excellent credit and exceptional previous rental history.
Wanted to post here and make sure people know that, before you apply, and loose your application fee money, if you don't have 4-5 grand just chilling in your bank account consistently over 3-4 months, don't bother applying.
Rude. Illegal practices. Our AC is broken and I was essentially told "we don't have to do anything for you". They've had the tech come out multiple times but it's a bigger issue. Came home from work after the tech did something, and it was 96 in our bedroom. Was told to turn off the ac in all of the rooms except one whe waiting for it to be fixed (they are mini splits). My AC recently went out during the summer time. I placed a work order to have it looked at. It took them a full day before finally someone came out to look at it. There seemed to be no urgency in the issue even with us being in the triple digits. The temp had reached 92 inside and I have two small children. Terrible Management company! I would strongly caution anyone considering working with this realty agency. I won’t go into detail in regard to the situation, but when we expressed concerns we were met with dismissive and rude comments. Rather than showing any empathy or attempting to resolve the situation, a situation they created! They didn’t communicate efficiently nor in a timely matter.
