I called them about a tiny apartment that was being repaired and he started telling me about how long it was going to take to get it done and all of a sudden he tells me to look at another apartment that they were renting which got me no where and Im still here calling them about the same apartment and no one knows anything about it
I am disappointed when they didn't tell me everything what need Company give someone house
Avoid renting from this unprofessional and disorganized management company.
Horrible people. Barly professionals. Ive been in the same unit for 5 years. They haven't fixed the termites in 3 years and I put in a maintenance report monthly. Oh and if the weeds grow a little too long in the monsoon season they will send me a letter saying they will evict me for breaking the lease (not having a kept yard) but the house has had termites for years and the wood is falling apart inside but you'll evict me for not cutting my grass. Went to look at a rental on River Road and the place was nasty!! Tiles missing in bathrooms, a big hole in the back of the house with missing bricks, cabinets were sticky and built up with grease, needed paint everywhere, the whole place with gross!! Obviously no pride in their name or rentals.
