Terrible Management company! I would strongly caution anyone considering working with this realty agency. I won’t go into detail in regard to the situation, but when we expressed concerns we were met with dismissive and rude comments. Rather than showing any empathy or attempting to resolve the situation, a situation they created! They didn’t communicate efficiently nor in a timely matter. Stay away from this realty group at all costs. My unit was without functioning electricity for over a week while both their contractors and TEP kept scratching their heads. In Grijalva's words "This thing happens all the time". I had no lights, internet, or warm food during that time and my unit was unlivable. When I said the basic amentities of the lease agreement weren't being upheld so I'd like to discuss next month's rent, they aggressively said "We could get all legal if you want", as if I was in the wrong for pointing ... read more
Don’t rent here they knowingly know that the homes are infested with rodents and make tenants incharge of that. We rented a home and got bogus charges that were normal wear and tear things that were listed previously that were already wrong with the home never got fixed and tried to charge us for it in the end I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. they will end up screwing you over. Our home had black mold leaking roofs and door literally falling off and they had the audacity to blame us for it .
If I could give a lower rating, I absolutely would. This Reality company is controlled by slum lords. They don’t take care of their property. The Property often looks terrible because they don’t want to put money into them. They look like crap, often things don’t work, like a heater for example, often way outdated appliances. I know we need low income housing, but so often I have seen slumlords take advantage of people like that and this company is one of them. .
