Had arthroscopic surgery August 30th, '17 on left knee for minor repair and clean up. Suffered a full ischemic stroke two days later. In an attempt to help Swedish Medical Center diagnose root cause of the stroke, I asked Dr. Griggs for a report of unusual heart activity during anesthesiology. He committed during a face to face discussion to provide it rapidly. It never materialized. I called his office staff one week later with the same request. The report still has never materialized.
