Called for a spring tune up. They came out the next day. Arrived on time. Did a very thorough job and we are good to go. Ryan was very professional and friendly. Timely problem solvers. Griggs Mechanical comes right on time and creatively solves our issues every time. They have a superior level of communication with text updates and tracking of the service rep. Super easy. If you want someone to BS and upsell you on every turn, call someone else. If you want someone to shoot you straight with your options and do everything they can to solve the problem, call Griggs.
