I’ve tried to give them enough chances to make the needed repairs on the system we purchased through Griggs for 16,000 & have spent close to another 3,000 in system repairs ever since they installed the system from 2020-2026! It has been a nightmare!! Owner doesn’t return your calls to even discuss any resolutions but they are great at sending you the bill. Beware & good luck!! Griggs Mechanical has been our go to HVAC techs. We’ve stayed with you from the start & have been appreciative for your service but the problems continued as well as the charges. These problems should have been resolved long ago. My request to speak to you directly has gone repeatedly ignored… you have failed us!!
Today was day one of the maintenance program. Thank you Robert Wells for your work in the rain. The weather cooled off so he couldn’t really evaluate the problem. He aid everything is working well though, and to call back when it starts acting up again.
Robert came out and was very friendly, helpful and honest! That’s hard to find these days. We will definitely use them again in the future!!
