This company sold me a defective clutch. I questioned them when when I realized they were expecting me to pay for the return shipment. They responded and asked that I send a photo of the part. I sent it the same day. I never heard from them again even after follow-up emails asking for information. Based on other things I've seen online I'm sure Griggs will have a snarky response to my review, but I tried multiple times to speak with them via email and phone calls - they never answered their phone. I ordered a Bad Boy mulch kit from them on E-bay and they sent me the wrong one. I ordered the same part number from a different supplier and it fit perfectly. They made me pay the return shipping for their error. It is the first time in years of ordering on line that a company made me pay for their error.

They are a drop shipper. Don't be surprise if the stuff they say is in stock is actually not and they tell you it's backordered to wait 3 months. You have to be proactive with nagging them on the order status so they give you the option to cancel or you will wait 3 months. At least they refund quickly once you've cancelled.

Terrible company. Cancel's order's just because customer questions why it takes 5 days to ship an order. (Ordered Thursday, still wasn't shipped by Monday evening). Griggs listed the item for sale as "more than 10 ea., in stock and ready for shipment". I hurt his/her feelings by stating shipping time was "pitiful" and Griggs immediately cancels my order. Really?
