A leap above the rest. I absolutely APORE dealing with Realors. I find them so slippery and slimy that I sometimes want to soak in disinfectant after. Cathy and her whole team are the exception to that rule. There were no sideways-half truths or outright lies. No dropping off the face of the earth while important issues go unresolved. Cathy is a Superhero! Cathy helped us sell our home after severe flooding from Hurricane Helene. We had it for sale before the flood and were devastated when it was nearly destroyed and no longer ready for selling. The Keller Williams crew from Cathy’s office volunteered to help demo the drywall and other damaged items and a neighbor from Cathys’s church provided dehumidifiers.
