Rick treated us right. My stepson s college car developed transmission problems and Rick did everything within reason to put it right. He finally suggested that we not put any more money into the car and helped us arrange a donation to a very worthy cause. I wish we had a Griggs shop in our hometown.

I take all my vehicles to Griggs. I own several classic cars as well as a few commercial vehicles that see a lot of hard use and Rick and Steve always have them ready when they say they will. They are always courteous and if you need a ride, after dropping your vehicle off, they can make sure you get one. I highly recommend these folks.
My sons truck broke down while on his way home to Dallas. Griggs fixed the problem for a fair price and were very nice to work with. An excellent experience and I would highly recommend using them.
I came in 6 hours before they were closing, they ran me home checked ,fixed the problem and had me back on the road before 5pm.Quick, experienced, honest and just plain nice.
Service was excellent! Very trust worthy shop and you dont find that often with mechanic shops. Rick is great. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a great mechanic in the Huntsville area.
