Very pleasant experience! Staff were so friendly as well! Clean and comfortable environment.
My husband has been a long-term donor, and the intake process seriously needs improvement. There have been many times he’s spent close to 2.5 hours there even when arriving early for his appointment. That’s well beyond the 80 minute target and simply not reasonable for people who book appointments and plan their day around them. The biggest issue seems to be process flow.
