My husband has been a long-term donor, and the intake process seriously needs improvement. There have been many times he’s spent close to 2.5 hours there even when arriving early for his appointment. That’s well beyond the 80 minute target and simply not reasonable for people who book appointments and plan their day around them. The biggest issue seems to be process flow. The intake nurse was rude and condescending. She accused me of telling lies and hiding information. Not sure what I have to gain from hiding information. The donation techs were very pleasant and informative. I tried calling the main office in Burlington to complain and left 2 messages but I did not receive a callback. I guess no one in management cares.
I've been donating for 11th times and they just come up with a plus bonus which is not displayed on their website. They don't paid what they are saying on their booking schedule, absolutely false advertising.
Excellent place to donate. Can be slow if busy. Great staff. Clean location
