Honestly, I’m really concerned about the way things are handled here. A lot of the staff seem very young and, based on my experience, some of them don’t seem properly trained or confident in what they’re doing. When my needle was inserted, the employee had trouble finding my vein and actually moved the needle a little bit around while it was inside my arm. When you call to see if your sample test already came back and they put your hole for 30 minutes and then hang up and when you call back they don't answer and I called 10 times and still no answer
